Privacy policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
This page covers this website and its contact form. Patient information in the CardioAuth app itself is governed by our agreements with each practice, including a business associate agreement, not by this page.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, your practice and your email address, plus your phone number and message if you add them.
- The date of your message and the internet address (IP address) it came from, to prevent abuse.
That’s all. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
Please don’t send patient information through the form. If you do, we’ll delete it.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to follow up about CardioAuth. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Where it’s kept
Your message is stored in our customer records system, hosted in the United States by Render, and we’re notified of it by email through our email provider. Only our team can see it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to talk with you and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email us at wuerddni@gmail.com.
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, write to us through the contact form on our home page.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
